Appwrite and Data Storage
We use Appwrite to provide backend infrastructure for the Services, including authentication and the storage and processing of account data, project data, and files you submit.
Appwrite is a third-party service provider. Its handling of data is also subject to its applicable terms and privacy materials.

Our Services
The Services, including their software, design, branding, and content, are owned by Conway Labs or its licensors. The software is proprietary and is not made publicly available as open-source software. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

Disclaimers and Liability
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties to the extent permitted by law.
To the extent permitted by law, Conway Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, or business opportunities.
